General
The Maxcombo Prediction Game ("Game") is open to Silver and Gold members with an internet connection. This includes Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and foreigners residing in Singapore.
The Game is easy to play and simple. Of course, predicting can be difficult but your efforts will be rewarded. So it is always still worth it to join in. But most importantly is that you have lots of fun playing this Game.
Results are based on Singapore Pools TOTO Additional Number. Each member can predict one number per Game only.
Entry to the Game is always subjected to the these Prediction Game Rules. Our decision in all matters shall be final.
Scoring

HML is as follows:
01 - 15 (Low)
16 - 30 (Mid)
31 - 45 (High)
For example: If your prediction number is 2.
If the results is 10 then you will get a total of 30 points (0 point for PNP, 20 points for HML, 10 points for OEN) for Gold member.
Deadlines
Prediction must be posted before the scheduled date at 1600hrs for each Game. Once you have confirmed and posted your prediction, you are not able to amend.
Disclaimer
We do not accept responsibility for (1) lost, late or undelivered results, and /or entries, inaccurate information related to the submission of entries; (2) any technical issue or other issue beyond the control of Maxcombo, which might hinder the ability of a participant to enter the Game and (3) for any event which may cause the Game to be disrupted or corrupted.

General
Certain gifts, which are in the form of certificates/vouchers are valid for use only at participating outlets as mentioned on the certificates/vouchers and only for the specific matters mentioned therein.
MaxPoints cannot be combined with other member's account.
All Gifts unclaimed after 30 days from the redemption date will be deemed as forfeited. MaxPoints used will not be reinstated.
All redemption gifts are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Maxcombo reserves the right to substitute any gift with a similar value or alternative gift as it deems fit.
Deduction of MaxPoints
The number of points published for a gift claimed will be deducted from the MaxPoints balance of member's account.
MaxPoints cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned. MaxPoints have no cash value.
Delivery
Maxcombo will endeavor to deliver the redeemed gifts to members within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the redemption request from the member. If for any reason there is a delay with the delivery we will contact you to let you know.
Member are advised to examine all delivered gifts upon receipt. If member finds the gift item faulty/damaged, he/she is requested to contact us within 3 days from receipt date. Any disputes after 3 days will not be entertained.
At present, Maxcombo can only deliver gifts within Singapore. All gifts will be delivered via SpeedPost or Courier service.
A signature is required for all deliveries
Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 10am and 8pm. This means that Maxcombo delivery personnel will not leave a package at your door. We require this for delivery assurance. If you are not in your Office (Home) to accept the package, Maxcombo will do a surcharge for the next delivery attempts.
If you have not received your gift after 3 business days; please notify us by email with your Name and Product Code Number.
